By placing an order you agree to the following terms and Conditions

All prices quoted on the website are subject to change in accordance with labour and material costs.

Please contact us by email in the first instance.

When placing an order please give us as much detail as possible as to exactly what you require. We prefer to do a number of fittings to ensure the finished item hangs well. These can be conducted at the various events We attend. However, it

may be necessary to arrange extra fittings in order to ensure a well fitted garment.

If measurements are given via email or telephone the accuracy of these measurements are the customers’ own responsibility and items will be made to those measurements.

Custom made items are generally non-returnable.

Once an order is confirmed it will be placed in the diary enabling the provision of an estimated completion date. The time frame for completion of custom orders is dependant on current work volume. Due to the nature of our trade and most garments being, at the very least, hand finished completion dates can be months as opposed to weeks.

Your PayPal transaction receipt is also your confirmation of order.

 

All data provided during transactions is stored in a secure digital database and only used for transaction related correspondence.

When purchasing you are agreeing to the above and giving your consent for the details to be held for the stated purpose.

 

If the customer supplies their own fabric for a project, We will quote a labour only price.

A deposit of 50% of the final price is required before we start work on an item.

All Cheques should be made payable to Quartermaster Stores.

We try to keep the postage costs to a minimum but every item is sent Recorded post or by Courier

to ensure peace of mind. Collection may be arranged at fairs or events throughout the season.

 

When using the webshop, if you are over charged for postage, the difference will be refunded once the order has been shipped. At the point of ‘checkout’ all postal charges are UK mainland charges. It is likely that an additonal sum will be required for international orders. If this is the case, it will be requested at the point of shipping. Good may be held until this is settled.

 

Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Refunds on returned goods will only be made once the items is received at our premises and checked.

Any damages will deem the item non returnable for refund.

Custom orders that are made to a customers measurements cannot be cancelled once started.

 

All orders placed are deemed to have accepted the posted Terms, Conditions and Order Details.

 

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers are not valid unless they carry a unique code and can only be redeemed once.
